During my job search, I assisted my local church with the renovation of a building they were preparing to occupy. My contributions included installing repurposed luxury vinyl plank flooring, laying approximately half of the carpet tiles in the main sanctuary, and constructing a drop ceiling in the stage area. I also supported the lead contractor with electrical wiring, painting, and the installation of a new window.

In addition to the on‑site work, I created an exit plan for the municipal code enforcer, tailored to his specifications, to provide the documentation required for the building’s occupancy inspection. The facility is now largely functional, with remaining work focused on completing the upper level.
